You’ve held it together, for your job, your kids, your spouse, your surface-level self, for the world.

Now it’s time to check in with your true, centered self, the part of you that’s been quietly waiting for space.

Have you ever felt like you’re carrying the weight of the world alone?
So many silently hold heavy, unspoken heartaches, things they rarely name out loud. Here, you don’t have to pretend everything’s fine. Mindful Trauma Coaching offers a gentle, judgment-free space where you can start to set that weight down, piece by piece, and remember how to breathe a little easier.

I’m a trauma-informed recovery and integration coach who supports you in tending the roots, drawing resilience from your pain, and making meaning from what you’ve been through shifting it into something that feels purposeful. Whether you carry wounds from a difficult past or feel stuck in cycles that no longer serve you, this work creates space to gently explore and make sense of those experiences. It’s about turning the heavy lead of trauma into the gold of wisdom and strength.

I also work with mothers struggling with C-PTS(D) and trying to make sense of how they got here, especially those who grew up in chaos, dealt with addicted or unavailable family members, or are now facing grief, disconnection, or estranged relationships that feel too complex to name. Whether your grief comes from a loss, a rupture, or an unmet longing, you deserve a space to explore it.

I work with people who feel like they’ve been carrying too much for too long.

This is especially a place for mothers who’ve poured themselves into everyone else, only to wake up years later wondering where they went. For women navigating ADHD, emotional overwhelm, or the weight of passed-down sorrow and wounds. For moms who have used alcohol to cope, or felt stuck in emotions like anger or sadness without knowing why. For those who feel disorganized, scattered, overstimulated, or always behind, this is a space to slow down and find what’s really going on underneath.

Do you worry you were too late in healing generational trauma, and have concerns that your own bad habits and learned behaviors negatively affected your children?
What if there actually was never anything wrong with you, and this was all just a trauma response?

Do you have a high ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences) score? Me too. And I’m here to tell you, it’s not too late. You’re not bad, broken, or a victim. You’re human. You learned how to survive in ways that made sense at the time.

If you’ve always had a deep knowing that there must be a different way but couldn’t find the answers, trauma coaching can help. If traditional mental health approaches left you feeling dismissed, misunderstood, or exhausted, you’re not alone. Sometimes we need a different kind of support.

For those who’ve gone through something profound,

whether it was a clinical experience, a personal shift, or a ceremony of some kind, I offer grounded support to help process what surfaced. Sometimes a breakthrough moment cracks something open… but the real work happens in the space after, when life resumes and you’re left to make sense of what came up.

This is where we gently start to explore what’s been running underneath the surface, unfelt emotions, inherited beliefs, old survival strategies, nervous system patterns, and the need to always hold it all together.

Sometimes we don’t even realize we’ve been living in survival mode until we finally pause.

No matter where you’re starting from, you are welcome here.
Take a deep breath, you’ve found a space of understanding.
I invite you to explore one-on-one coaching and find a path forward that honors your story and helps you reconnect with yourself.
